Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on 999n. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

All transactions are processed in PKR where available. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification and the name on your account must match the name on your payment method. Processing times and limits are set out in the Payments section.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum deposits, eligible game restrictions and expiry windows. These are stated in full on the promotion page before opt-in. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, will result in account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 999n will never ask for your password via email or chat. Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure.
Responsible gambling tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion — are available to all account holders. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and a reversal cooling-off period applies to prevent impulsive reversal.
Fraudulent activity, match-fixing, use of software exploits, multi-accounting, money laundering and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited and will be referred to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 999n ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website available at 999n.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, online casino games, live dealer tables, promotions and customer support.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any feature of the 999n platform, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction; (c) you are 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction; and (d) you agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. 999n reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.
Pakistan Legal Context: Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation in Pakistan. 999n does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial institution. Users in Pakistan must satisfy themselves as to the lawfulness of participation before registering. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
In these Terms, the following words and expressions bear the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
Registration on 999n is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age stipulated by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any point and to suspend or close any Account where the User is found to be, or reasonably suspected to be, below the required minimum age. Any winnings accumulated by an underage user will be void and forfeited.
It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 999n is lawful in their country, state or province of residence. The Platform does not guarantee that its services are appropriate or available in all locations. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
Each individual may hold only one Account on 999n. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using fictitious identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. Evidence of multi-accounting may be referred to relevant authorities where required by applicable law or anti-money-laundering regulations.
You must provide complete, accurate and current personal information at registration and keep that information updated throughout your use of the Platform. Information includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
To access real-money features of 999n, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the sign-up form, setting a secure password and confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Completing registration creates a binding contract between you and 999n subject to these Terms.
999n applies Know Your Customer procedures in compliance with its anti-money-laundering obligations and to verify that all Users meet the minimum age requirement. KYC verification may be requested at any stage and will typically be required before processing a withdrawal above the applicable threshold.

In certain circumstances — such as high-value transactions, inconsistencies in submitted information or activity patterns that trigger our internal risk systems — we may require enhanced due diligence documentation. This may include source-of-funds declarations or additional identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure.
999n supports a range of payment methods that may include familiar Pakistani options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT, where available in the cashier at the time of your deposit. Available methods are subject to change without advance notice.
Note: References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar Pakistani payment context only. None of these providers endorse, affiliate with or support gambling operators.
Most deposits are credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method selected and any verification procedures imposed by the payment provider. 999n is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. The applicable minimums are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Illustrated examples used in promotional materials (such as "from PKR 1,000") are for reference only and do not override the live cashier limits.
Where available, Account balances and transactions on 999n are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made in a different denomination — for example, via a cryptocurrency method — a conversion will be applied at the exchange rate current at the time of the transaction. 999n does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using stolen payment credentials or otherwise conducting a fraudulent deposit is a criminal offence and will result in Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and a report to the relevant authorities.
To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, in good standing and must not be subject to an active bonus wagering requirement on the funds you wish to withdraw. The name on your Account must match the name on the withdrawal payment method.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 999n finance team within the timeframes published in the cashier. Actual transfer times to your payment method will depend on the provider's own processing schedule. 999n does not guarantee specific delivery times once a withdrawal has been dispatched from the Platform.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method and Account tier. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP programme terms. 999n reserves the right to apply additional verification for withdrawals that exceed standard threshold levels.
999n may withhold a withdrawal request pending investigation if: (a) the Account or transaction triggers an AML flag; (b) there is an unresolved bonus wagering requirement; (c) a KYC document is outstanding; or (d) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited conduct. We will notify the User in such cases and provide reasonable opportunity to resolve outstanding requirements.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. Promotional amounts described on the 999n website — such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000" — are illustrative examples only and are subject to the live promotion terms at the time of opt-in.
Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement (stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount, or of the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to the wagering requirement; game contribution percentages vary and are detailed in the bonus terms.
Each bonus carries an expiry window — the period within which the wagering requirement must be met and the bonus used. Upon expiry, unused bonus funds and any associated winnings accrued exclusively from bonus funds will be removed from the Account. Expiry timers are displayed in the bonus section of your Account.
The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in voiding of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings and may result in Account closure: creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; exploiting a game's statistical properties to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk; collusion between Accounts; and any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
999n reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect opt-ins that have already been confirmed and are actively in progress, unless the modification is made to correct a manifest error.
All sports bets placed on 999n are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform. Accepted bets are binding; cancellation after placement is not permitted except where a specific market has been voided by the Platform in accordance with these rules. 999n references cricket events including PSL, ICC tournaments and Pakistan national matches as sports context only; 999n has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team.
A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified rescheduling window, or if a manifest pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Account Balance. Voiding decisions are made at the sole discretion of 999n in accordance with the published betting rules.
999n reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were posted in error — for example, where a technical fault produced an incorrect odds display. Decisions regarding manifest errors are made at our sole discretion and in good faith. Where possible, we will attempt to settle bets at the correct odds before voiding.
Casino games and live dealer products are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game supplier and are displayed or made available within the game or in the game information panel.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999n platform:
Any breach of this clause entitles 999n to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending and settled bets or games placed in connection with the prohibited conduct, withhold and forfeit any balances associated with prohibited activity, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

These tools are available within your Account settings and can be activated at any time without contacting support. Self-exclusion requests made via the support channel will be processed promptly. We encourage any User who feels that their gambling may be becoming problematic to use these tools immediately and to consult qualified support organisations in their jurisdiction.
The Platform is for adults only. We do not target minors and we have no interest in their participation. Users below the minimum age requirement will have their Accounts closed and winnings voided.

All content on the 999n Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, game assets (where provided under licence from third-party suppliers), software code and documentation — is the intellectual property of 999n or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999n, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any gambling losses incurred through use of the service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
999n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct; a regulatory requirement; a court order; or at our sole discretion where we consider it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited on Account closure unless the wagering requirement has been fully met.
Upon termination — whether initiated by you or by 999n — your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including Prohibited Conduct, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licenced, which may be disclosed to Users upon request or as required by applicable regulation. Nothing in this clause creates any obligation on 999n to submit to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court or regulatory authority, nor does it constitute a representation that the service is lawfully available in Pakistan.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact the 999n support team to seek a resolution. Where an internal resolution is not achieved, the User may have recourse to any dispute resolution mechanism established by the operator's licensing authority. Any formal legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
999n reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect User rights in a meaningful way — we will provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.
